Ben Pitts recently concreted my backyard. I am ecstatic with the outcome, it was beyond my expectations. Ben is punctual, professional and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and he will go the extra mile to ensure not only the customer but that he is also satisfied. I researched many companies and could see Ben is totally customer focused. Ben's work ethic and professionalism is as if he is creating his own backyard. Ben and his team laid 110 sq meters of aggregate for a new build we just completed. He was very easy to work with, helped plan out the job and was flexible with timing, while also working to our deadlines so we could move into the house ASAP. We have just had our driveway extended and brick paving replaced with exposed aggregate by Ben Pitts Concrete. From start to finish we were very happy with our dealing with Ben and his wife who looks after the administration. Communication was excellent all the way through. There was a small misunderstanding with measurements but that was sorted very quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the result and we have had quite a few very positive comments from people passing by.
